UX writing and information architecture.

Modern Health is mental health benefits platform that provides meditations and programmes as well as app-based telehealth and counselling. 

Mental Health and or indeed any medical app will often be used in moments of distress, Therefore the user journey must be crystal clear, Part of that clarity is achieved through open and insightful prose that steer away from sounding patronising or insensitive. You must keep the user's frame of mind at the centre of anything your write.  

My work with modern health was to standardise their brand TOV across their in-app programmes. I adjust not only for their brand voice but also for clarity and logic, often adjusting the clinical language of the experts for tone and ease of use. 

Yoyo Design.

I worked for many years as a content specialist for Yoyo design, helping conceptualise pitches, producing SEO content for blogs, articles website copy and social media posts, all adhering to TOV & brand guidelines. Yoyo are award-winning leaders in the not-for-profit and charity sectors. Campaigns of note include RNLI, Team GB, England Athletics, Young Minds and Amnesty International. 

However, my favourite project was when they trusted me with their brand overhaul and complete site retool.
